Your favourite Lāhui pieces will be shipped climate neutrally with our partner DHL. You will receive your package after 2-3 working days (within Germany). However, we would like to point out that there are always unscheduled changes and delays that are beyond our control. We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, as we want to support conscious consumption, we have decided not to cover the return costs. If you would like to return something, please send your Lāhui favorites at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the goods with a tracking number to the following address:

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lahuithebrand.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (biodegradable bag). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Every Lāhui item that is returned by you is individually checked upon receipt in our warehouse and then categorised according to condition.

Generally, we try to reuse all returned items and not throw away any clothing. Therefore, we need your support and help. Please handle the Lāhui items with care so that they do not become damaged when you try them on.

If your returned item is undamaged and in original condition, it will be refurbished and put on sale.

If the item has minimal defects, it will be professionally cleaned and refurbished and then put back on sale.

If an item is returned to us too damaged, it is recycled or downcycled to find a new use.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please make sure to pack the goods back into the biodegradable bag for return shipment.

The Lāhui pieces are easy to combine, easy to wear and adapt easily to different bodies. Goodbye tummy tucking, pinching and squeezing, the Lāhui clothes are cosy and soft on your skin. It was decided to start with two sizes, as the pieces are all oversized, flexible and elastic. The Lāhui pieces are made for you, your body and your needs.
